Recoat / Buff and Coat: Hardwood floor maintenance includes recoating the floor when the existing finish losses it's luster and before the finish wears through to bare wood. Depending upon the amount of foot traffic on the floor and the degree of wear you will want to recoat as often as needed. A buff and coat will blend scuff and surface scratches and bring back the natural beauty of your wood floors. Our clean, buff and coat procedure is top of the line. Note: Floors that have been cleaned with products containing oil or wax cannot be guaranteed to hold a bond between the existing finish and a new coat of finish.
Demolition of existing floor: Often times there is a beautiful hardwood floor hiding under carpet, linoleum, luan plywood, adhesives, etc. Prior to our sand and finish services, we can assist with the demolition of your existing floor coverings along with debris removal.
